I received dental treatment under the notion that my insurance would cover all charges beyond my co-payment. I called ahead of time to ensure what my co-payment would be. I gave my dentist my new insurance card prior to treatment and the woman made a photo copy of it. After all treatment and insurance submission, turns out my insurance would no cover two of the fillings. Now, I am stuck with a $200+ bill. Does this seem correct, am I just stuck with the bill or is there something more I can do?
